4th and 5th class students participated in the Blue Stars program which aided developing their knowledge in relation to the Ireland and the EU. 4thand 5th class were divided into groups which researched different European historical events. On group researched World War I, another group researched World War II and The Berlin Wall. Each group presented their project to the rest of the class and we displayed them in the hall for the rest of the school to view
Just a snapshot of some of the activities the kids took part in during our 3rd summer camp which included creating bridges, designing their own cushions, swimming, baking, arts and crafts and outdoor activities among others.
3rd, 4th and 5th class students really enjoyed their school tour at Lough Allen Adventure Centre in Drumshanbo.
On Wednesday the 20th of May thewhole school put on a concert showcasing all they have learned from Mandythroughout the year.
