In preparation for St. Brigid’s Day Ms. Mc Givern’s 4thand 5th class made St. Brigid’s crosses. The students created crosses with a variety of designs. These were then brought down to St. Brigid’s Church where they were blessed by Fr. Ciaran on the 1st February at the St. Brigids Day mass. Anyone who wanted a St. Brigids Day cross could take one with donations being put towards children in Ukraine.
