The kids in the Junior Autism Class enjoyed making tractors using cream crackers, cream cheese and carrots to assemble their masterpiece wile sampling the the food along the way!
They also enjoyed making Autumn trees with pretzels, biscuits, grapes, flake bars and m&ms
it has been lovely having our four students back in our Junior Autism Class this year along with the arrival of two new Junior Infants to our room who are settling in well to the class.
We took advantage of the sun and treated ourselves to a picnic in the forest which gave a reprieve from the heat of the sun. It was great to have the girls from 5th class to assist with the set up. Everyone enjoyed a variety of treats and drinks.
It was lovely having some pupils from 5th class down to assist with activities and games in the Junior Autism Class.
